Welcome to Almanor Fishing Adventures !

 

As The proud owner/operator of Lake Almanor Fishing Adventures and member of the local community, I am mostly about fishing.

After losing my home and belongings to the Camp fire of 2018, I chose to move to beautiful Lake Almanor to live out the last third of my life as a Lake Almanor fishing guide.  I'd always enjoyed the local area with its relaxed friendly people and beautiful lake abundant with fish.  As a kid in my Volkswagon baja bug, I would regularly "bust" up the hill to Chester.  After a day of fishing, or a weekend at Last Chance campground I'd almost always grab a Pine Shack frosty cone for the drive home.  Youth offers the greatest of times.

My 23' Boulton Voyager is a boat like no other on these waters. And it's comfortable too!  In addition to its solid welded cabin, comfortable bench seating custom built to be truly long enough to accommodate a nap here and there, it also comes with a flushable, permanently installed onboard toilet.  It's truly one of a kind, and custom built by the good people of Boulton Powerboats specifically for your comfort here on Lake Almanor.

We fish light tackle. I believe in quality equipment and putting as little "gear" between you and your fish as possible.  We encourage catch and release and you will never feel pressured to kill your catch and get off the water.
